Our cuisine is traditional and deep rooted and focused on our cultural identity.
Since 2003 we’ve been following the entire process “from farm to table”, linking our restaurant La Sangiovesa to our farmstead “Tenuta Saiano”.
The dishes you can enjoy from our menu for the most part come from our farmstead.
We change the menu in every season and we follow the biological cycle of each animal and product.
You can choose between restaurant and Osteria (Inn).
