Our cuisine is traditional Romagna cooking, born from a careful selection of local Romagna products, meticulous in its preparation and the love for both nature and the land. Each dish is the result of the journey between the flavours, which belong to us even before we know them: in the winter there exist the seeds of spring and in the spring the summer fruits.
Some of these traditional recipes are revisited in keeping with the sincerity of a time, without losing sight of the contemporary.
Most of the ingredients used for the preparation of the dishes come to us through a direct supply chain, from the precious reserves of the Tenuta Saiano estate.
Products processed and packaged in accordance with their natural biological cycle and the specific season, coming fresh to Sangiovesa every day to become the main ingredient of our culinary creations.
