Our desserts are homemade, fresh every day. We also have a laboratory where we make our own ice cream.
Fresh fruit cakes vary according to the seasons, while cakes made with store ingredients like raisins and almonds are a must in our kitchen, as well as ‘scroccadenti’ dry, crunchy almond biscuits.
The desserts: zuppa inglese which is made our own unique way; a blend of old-fashioned recipes and the palate of connoisseurs, the cream in the bowl.
The cakes are a small cameo of homemade sweetness: delicious cakes made with chocolate cream and pine nuts, ricotta cake and fresh fruit cakes.
