Our menus are seasonal, following the precise order of the biological cycle of the farm and the gardens of the Tenuta Saiano estate and also the production of small artisans in our area.
For years, we have used products and ingredients from reliable and trustworthy suppliers to Slow Food. We offer a menu of the day to our guests and special menus for vegetarians and vegans.
Our pasta is homemade and handmade and in our own facility we freshly prepare our piadina bread every night. Among our dishes tagliatelle alla Minghina can always be found, along with fresh pasta with homemade meat sauce from the Tenuta Saiano estate, scortichino del Conte Nadiani (a meat dish), and main courses made with traditional pork, rabbit and goat, tripe and pasta fagioli.
