Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil

‘Tenuta Saiano’ olive oil stems from the selection of the best and finest varieties of the hills of the Val Marecchia – Correggiolo 60% and 30% Leccino – with a very low level of acidity, representing approximately 0.23%.
From the characteristic pale green embellished with golden yellow streaks, this oil has a distinctive fruity taste with a mild and pleasant bitter sensation, accompanied by fragrant notes of almonds and delicate vegetal notes of artichoke and tomato.
Harmonious and balanced in flavour, rich and enveloping, the ‘Tenuta Saiano’ olive oil is the ideal ingredient to flavour our traditional piada bread and for general use to accompany all our Romagna starters and main courses.
